Changing your billing dates

Learn when and why your billing date may change and how to request an exception if needed.

Why billing dates are tied to medication cycles

In general, billing dates are not flexible. Our payment system is designed to align with the medication cycles, which typically last 21-28 days. This ensures that your payment is received before we ship your medication, and that your treatment continues smoothly without interruption.

Because of this, we don’t typically offer the option to change billing dates. Payments are processed in line with the medication cycle, and adjustments to the schedule can cause issues with delivery and continuity of care.

When can we change the billing date?

We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. However, we can only adjust billing dates in very special scenarios where the circumstances are beyond the customer’s control. This might include situations such as a delayed medication shipment, issues with taking the medication, or other factors that are outside the customer’s reach.

We are unable to make changes to the billing date simply because a customer requests it. If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact us via email. We’ll review your case, and if necessary, manually adjust the billing date. However, we can never guarantee that an adjustment will be possible, as it depends on the circumstances and our ability to process it.
