Once the medication has been shipped, it is not possible to return the medication or receive a refund. This restriction is due to legal requirements that prohibit the return of shipped medication. The medication can be kept for over a year in the fridge, so you can always decide to start with the medication later. In this scenario you are not able to receive a refund.
Cancellation Before Medication Shipment
Refund eligibility and deductions depend on how you ordered your medication—whether through a consultation or via self-screening. Below are the associated costs for our services and the refund amounts you may receive.

Writing the prescription: €75
Service fee for pharmacies and administration: €55

Payments with Klarna
If you paid via Klarna, you may need to contact Klarna first to resolve payment issues before reaching out to us. However, if you encounter any difficulties with Klarna payments, please let us know so we can assist you.

Overpayment: You accidentally paid more than the required amount.

Duplicate Payments: You accidentally created two payment accounts, leading to overlapping payments.
