At Vi-Lifestyle, we understand that everyone has different financial situations and we want to make sure that our payment options are flexible and convenient for our customers. We offer two different ways to make payments for our programs: one-time payments and monthly payments.

For our 3 and 6 month programs, we offer the option to make a one-time payment. This means that you pay the full amount upfront and do not have to worry about making any additional payments for the duration of the program. As an added bonus, we offer a 3% discount on the total amount for those who choose to make a one-time payment. This is a great option for those who are able to pay the full amount at once and want to save some money.

For those who prefer to spread out their payments, we also offer the option to pay monthly. This means that the automated incasso (direct debit) will deduct the amount from your bank account every 3-4 weeks. This is a convenient option for those who may not have the full amount upfront or prefer to budget their payments over time.

In the event that a payment fails, it is crucial to still make the payment as soon as possible. This is because we are not able to provide full support or resupply medication if payments are not made on time. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, so we will always send reminders and work with you to find a solution. Please make sure that you get in contact with us when you see that the payment has failed.

If a payment is not made after multiple reminders, we may have to send you to a collection agency in order to receive the payment. We want to avoid this as much as possible, so please make sure to communicate with us if you are having trouble making a payment. We are here to help and find a solution that works for both parties.
