When you place your first order, you should have received enough needles to cover your medication needs for multiple orders. If you find that you’ve run out of needles or simply didn’t receive them, you can purchase the appropriate needles at your nearest local pharmacy. Make sure to check the needle size and type recommended for your medication to ensure compatibility.

Missing medication

If you’re missing your medication, please follow these steps:

  1. Check if the order was fully completed

    Make sure you’ve filled in all the required information. Sometimes, customers complete a self-screening, but additional information may still be required. Double-check that all forms and details have been submitted.

  2. Verify your payment

    Confirm that your payment was successfully processed. In some cases, payment errors may delay your order. Check your bank or payment app to ensure the payment was completed.

  3. Consider delivery delays
