Why the payment date for your medication cannot be changed
At Vi-Lifestyle, we work with fixed delivery and payment cycles to ensure your medication is always delivered on time and your program can be followed without interruption.
How the payment cycle works
Our medication is supplied for a period of 4 weeks.
To ensure your next delivery arrives on time, our system is set to a 4-week payment cycle.
Only for the second payment is there a shorter period of 3 weeks between payments. This ensures that this delivery also arrives well in time.
Why we cannot change the payment date
We understand that it may sometimes be desirable to change the payment date. Unfortunately, this is not possible because:
Changing the payment date can cause delays in the delivery of your medication.
A delayed delivery may result in your program not being followed correctly, which can affect the optimal use and results of the medication.
